The Solar team is growing and working on more projects than ever. In this article, we will update you on the products and services we have been developing.

tymt™

tymt™ is undergoing daily improvements, so by the time you read this, there are most likely new features being introduced.

• Games can be downloaded, installed, and launched through the Solar Enterprises tymt™ launcher.
• Transactions can be executed through the Solar Enterprises tymt™ launcher.
• Batch transfer (one-to-many transfers to multiple wallets in a single transaction) is now possible.

Other games available on tymt™ (Red Eclipse, Veloren) are now working on all platforms: Windows, macOS, and Linux.

The tymt™ Wallet
For those who don’t know yet, the tymt™ launcher is more than just a game launcher. Our web3 game launcher also works as a fully functional multi-chain crypto wallet and a fully encrypted chat system, allowing users to send wallet-to-wallet messages. tymt™ is now fully compatible with the following chains: 

• Solar (SXP)
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Ethereum (ETH, ERC-20)
• Avalanche C-Chain (AVAX, ERC-20)
• Polygon (MATIC, ERC-20)
• Binance Smart Chain (BNB, ERC-20)
• Arbitrum One (Layer 2; ETH, ERC-20)
• Optimism (Layer 2; ETH, ERC-20)
• Solana (SOL)

It also features multi-currency support for fiat balances (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY) throughout the UI/UX.

tymt™ Chat
The tymt™ chat is also witnessing significant development:

• End-to-end encrypted chats with emojis, without saving chat history in any database or third-party server.
• Sending and receiving large files (images/documents/media) is in progress (encryption with file-streaming, without storing raw contents in any third-party cloud storage or server).

Game Developer SDK, API in Progress

• Software development kit and public API for web3 games to connect and integrate with tymt™.
• EVM chains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche C-Chain, etc.) will be integrated for games that previously interacted with the Metamask wallet.
• Developer documentation: a guide for onboarding new web3 games to integrate with tymt™.

District 53

One of the largest updates is being tested on the Solar testnet, and will be moved to production next week: the Marketplace!

Yes, you heard correctly: District 53 will become a fully functional online economy, using SXP as the currency. Players will be able to buy and sell items within the game, using their Solar Wallet. This update is bound to bring a mass of new web3 game players to the Solar ecosystem.

Voice Chat
Gone are the days of text-only chat. Using the new VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) “nearby” chat, any player will be able to talk to others as well as our AI-powered NPCs (Non-Player Characters). Just press ‘X’ and talk!

District 53 also sees many improvements in terms of loading times, size, and speed, with increased FPS.

Voice and AI NPCs
We are developing an AI-powered NPC system, where NPCs can act as assistants, hosts, or even “walking advertisements”. NPC vendors will be introduced to the Marketplace, allowing players to chat with them like normal clerks (although we cannot guarantee the ‘normal’ part, some NPCs may have unique, if a bit odd, characters). Customisable NPCs are also coming! Players will be able to obtain, create, and place their own NPC creations to act as their vendors or virtual brand ambassadors.

Skill System
In our effort to make District 53 more engaging and incentivised gameplay, we are introducing a skill system.

• Players will be able to gain experience for each skill and level them up.
• Certain items will require a certain skill level to use.
• Skills you can train include combat (blades, axes, and more), mining, fishing, exploration, and more to come.

Connect these elements and you have a fully functional online economy, allowing you to pick a career that fits your gaming style.

The Battle Arena
For the most hardcore PvP players, the Battle Arena allows them to challenge other players to duels, even for SXP.

BrighterVPN

Last but not least, our team is moving forward with a new service: a blend of the world’s leading VPN network and blockchain payment technology, making “freedom of access to information” a reality.

Despite the rapid development in terms of speed and infrastructure, digital exclusion is a very real issue. What’s the benefit of having a 5G network, if you can’t watch the latest show? What’s the use of a 2Gbps download speed, if you can’t listen to your favourite artist? What’s the use of a free public WiFi network, if you risk being hacked and robbed?

BrighterVPN combines the privacy of a Virtual Private Network with the added anonymity of blockchain payments. Users can still select traditional payments. However, the unique selling proposition is the wallet-only sign-up, where the user only submits their wallet address for payments, and no email or credit card data is ever collected. 

The beta will be released very soon, to a maximum of 50 users. The official release will follow, once any issues identified during beta testing are fixed. BrighterVPN will initially be available on Windows, macOS, IOS, Android, Linux, Apple TV and Fire Stick with other platforms following soon after.

We have recently developed or reviewed our social media profiles, and you can expect a completely new and refreshing Solar Enterprises website.

We are Solar Enterprises. All of our products use Solar technology and will be ready to be integrated into our new Layer 1 blockchain Core 5.0, developed by the Solar Blockchain Foundation.
